Tuition Information
If the 27th falls on a weekend, the funds will be withdrawn on the following Monday.
Please note that 1-year tuition is required including Spring, Summer, and Winter breaks.
Tax is included in the admission and tuition prices.
Additional fees are required for some school events.
Events
Excursions、Sweet potato digging、Halloween、Christmas party、English Festival、Graduation trip etc.
If you enroll more than 1 child, you can receive a discount.
The 2nd child will receive a 10% discount on tuition.
Note
Please be aware that we have an internet monitoring system with no audio for you to observe our classes, passwords will be provided. The monitoring system will be in service for the Nursery and Kinder class only. (not in use for Saturday class).

Note
◇School lunch is 370yen.
◇Make-up service is available only for Nursery class student. If you are absent from class one day, you can come to school on another day.
◇3 or 4 days a week is a fixed date.
◇If you choose the All-Inclusive Course, you can come to school every weekday except National holidays, Obon holidays, and New Year’s holidays. Summer School, Winter School, and Spring School are included. The snack fee is also included.
◇If you take Flat Rate Extended Childcare Option, your child can come to school from 8:00am to 4:00pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm or from 9:00 to 5:00pm. You can use this childcare only on the days your child is enrolled in. (EX: You are required to pay extra if you want to use our Extended Childcare during the summer vacation.)
Extended Care Fee
Morning Extended Care is available from 8:00 am weekdays. Afternoon Extended Care is available after 2:00 pm. (till 6:00 pm) weekdays.
Morning bookings for Extended Care must be made by 5:00 pm the day before care is required. Afternoon bookings will be accepted until 2:00 pm on the required day however it is highly recommended to book in the morning upon arrival.
Please specify a pick-up time for your child to avoid delays. Extended Care fee is 250 yen per 15 minutes.
Snack Time at 3:00 pm. Snack Fee is 50 yen.

Trial lesson
Trial lesson is available with special price (2,000yen each) only once.
Caution
Ticket expires a year after issue.
Please make a reservation one week before the date you’d like to start.
We accept cancellations up to 17:00 the day before the lesson.
We are NOT able to accept cancellations on the lesson day.
Students are able to come into Smile Kids International 5 minutes before the lesson time.
Please pick her/him up within 5 minutes after the lesson.
